The ME program lays the foundation for being a successful engineer. You’ll begin with an introductory mechanical engineering course. You'll then take courses in basic engineering science, math and statistics, chemistry and physics, and oral and written communication.
The junior & senior year of your OSU ME education focuses on strengthening and extending your discipline-specific knowledge and experience. Core coursework in ME includes fluid science, thermodynamics, materials, dynamics, and design.
