Ambassadors Ambassadors help to recruit women and minorities into engineering.
INROADS Since 1970, INROADS has developed and placed under-represented, diverse students in business and industry and prepared them for corporate and community leadership. More than 900 companies nationwide sponsor INROADS college interns. Participating corporations provide summer work experience, and INROADS provides year-round advising, training and tutoring for intern participants.
MECOP MECOP offers engineering undergraduates the opportunity to participate in two, 6-month paid internships where they do real work at real companies discovering first-hand what it's like to be a working engineer. It's called being "work-ready," and it really works.
WME Scholar WME Scholar provides incoming women engineering freshman students real-life work experience in labs and research. Students will be paired with professors, earn pay, and gain an idea of what advancing knowledge and technlogy entails.
