LifeMap Migration Internship
Portland, OR
This internship is scheduled to begin June 2016

As a LifeMap Migration Intern, you will:

*         Participate in a team environment to migrate data from one system to another

*         Accurately inputs information into the system while maintaining productivity, accuracy and dependability requirements as established by department

*         Organize, keep current and readily accessible, all references, documents, policies and procedures

*         Look for ways to improve efficiencies

*         Track and report time spent on tasks as required
Combine your academic experience with the following skills and abilities:

*         Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and written

*         Ability to work in a high volume data-entry production environment and meet minimum production expectations

*         Demonstrated alpha-numeric keying skills, 30-35 wpm with 97% accuracy

*         Ability to work in a team environment

*         Knowledge of office practices and procedures or applicable transferable skills

*         Meet dependability, timeliness, attendance, quantity and quality standards as established by department

*         Problem solving; analytical and critical thinking

*         Detail-oriented, ability to translate detailed technical information into a simple and easily-digestible summary

*         Currently enrolled in college or community college or have graduated within the last six months

*         Candidates who have served on active duty in the U.S. Military within the past 16 months or are currently serving as a member of the National Guard or reserve component are also encouraged to apply

*         Minimum cumulative 3.0 undergraduate grade point average

*         Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
