Position Description:
The intern will assist DTNA’s with a variety of IT assistance development, implementation, management and compliance initiatives.
• Assist in Projects that include initiation, planning, development and deployment
• Documentation, financial and resource management
• Manage personnel with regards to the project
• Create PowerPoint presentations which include budgets, position management, and project status
• Test plans
• Conduct Excel analysis of budgets and Application verification
• Communication with our business customers and other departments will be required to accomplish goals and objectives

- Graduating June 2016
- Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Science degree
- Ability and willingness to undertake the learning process of new DTNA tasks, and new people in both self-paced online training and in person training
- Communication skills (writing & interpersonal) in the form of both inter-department as well as customer facing
- Positive attitude
- Prioritize goals and objectives
- Various tasks including the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access) expertise
- Various tasks that include the use of Microsoft Project, and Visio experience
- Ability to train others, for instance how to accomplish a function in the application
- Professionalism and ability to stay focused
