Colleagues,

I am pleased to share I recently posted a new internship that is a good fit for individuals from diverse backgrounds. Please help me to share this opportunity with qualified candidates. Process Documentation Internship
Portland, OR
This twelve-week internship is scheduled to begin in May/June


The Process Documentation Intern will be an integrated member of the Web Product Ownership Team tasked with documenting policy and procedures to ensure compliance.

The Process Documentation Intern will work on the following goals and tasks:


*         Research and organize existing information and documentation from disparate sources.

*         Create library of policy and procedure documents and communication materials.

*         Update and revise existing documents, tools and resources to support onboarding of new team members and reporting/compliance practices.

*         Log information into existing compliance database.

*         In addition to the above duties, the Communication and Process intern will function as part of the Web Product Ownership team and work in areas necessary to gain an understanding of the organization. This may include working in a capacity which is outside the specific scope of the project.

Key qualifications and experience:


*         Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required

*         Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing across all levels of the organization

*         Analytical ability to identify problems, develop solutions, and implement a chosen course of action

*         Strong technical writing or prior experience with process documentation

*         Proficient skills and prior experience with Microsoft Office including with Excel. SharePoint experience is a plus

*         Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Business, Communications, Engineering and Technology Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Operations Technology Management or a related field

*         Candidate must possess a minimum cumulative 3.0 undergraduate grade point average

*         Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
