Employ creative testing methodologies among a team of talented testers to develop next-generation mobile and wirelessly connected rugged field computing solutions.

This position is for a contributing member of the test organization in the Mobile Computing Solutions division responsible for the development and delivery of rugged handheld solutions. This Test Engineer role provides an important rapid feedback-loop during product development to measure and ensure products meet customer requirements.

Primary Duties
Designing and documenting test plans and procedures while thoroughly reviewing customer requirements
Finding and reporting test failures and observations
Developing tests fixtures and scenarios that model customer workflows
Administrating and employing defect tracking tools, exercising process discipline to ensure that issues are logged and tracked so that they are not lost or forgotten
Assisting design engineers and functional leads in understanding, testing and resolving product issues
Providing quantitative and qualitative estimates of quality through test reports, data analysis and presentations

Minimum Skills/Experience Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Experience working in a team and delegating tasks.
Very strong verbal and written communication & presentation skills, including technical writing data visualization skills.
Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Excellent troubleshooting and observational skills.
Travel of up to 25%
