Subject: Weekly News Item
I would like to include the following in the EECS weekly newsletter.
Please let me know if there is any problem with format or content.
A collaborative program between the School of EECS and the Dept. of Animal and Rangeland Sciences is looking to hire 2 undergraduate student programmers to help with several different projects. Both positions will require the students to work independently under the supervision of an EECS graduate student. Jobs will require between
10-20 hours of work each week with the opportunity for summer employment. Students with a least one year of school left will be preferred. Pay rate will be negotiated based on experience.
Programmer .NET/C#. This position will involve creating a new version of an existing tool in C# that is currently in C++ and Qt. The new version will integrate related existing C# programs into a single program and include new features to be developed. The student will work closely with a Rangeland Science Professor to determine requirements and program control flow.
Please send resumes and contact information to pearsoal at onid.orst.edu and indicate the position being applied for in the subject line.
